Company History

Mr. William Pace worked for 2 of the largest debt collection companies in America prior to opening Pace Financial Solutions Inc.  He found that both of these companies and most of the companies that he consulted for had a similar problem:  “Unhappy employees and upset customers.”  He believes that there is a better way to collect debt; a better way to run a collection company.

In 2000, he along with his business partner Patrick O’Grady decided to create a company that is truly based on what is best for everyone involved, in an ever changing world. 

Pace Financials Solutions is a company that creates win-win situations, where everyone’s life is better off because of the communication, interaction, and relationship between the two parties.
